1. How to choose the right size?

Before placing an order, be sure to check our size chart.

Please note: The chart shows your body measurements in centimeters, not the garment measurements.
Most of our fabrics are stretchy and allow up to 4 cm of stretch, so choose the size that is closest to your actual body size — without adding extra room.
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to help!

2. How long does production and delivery take?

The maximum processing and shipping time for your order is up to 10 business days, depending on product availability.

If the item is in stock, we will ship your order within 2 business days.
If the model is made to order, production takes 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 business days, while international delivery takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the country. All delivery times are based on information provided by the courier services.

3. Can I place a custom-made order based on my measurements?

At the moment, we do not accept custom orders. You can only choose from the styles and sizes available on our website. Stay tuned — we regularly add new collections!

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship orders all over Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout.

5. Can I try on items before purchasing?

We do not have a physical store, but we offer online consultations to help you choose the right model and size. You can also return or exchange an item within 14 days if it doesn’t fit.

6. How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa/MasterCard, PayPal, bank transfer, and Przelewy24 (for customers in Poland).

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item hasn’t been used and all tags and packaging are intact. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Only in case of our error or a defective product, return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.

8. How should I care for dancewear?

We recommend gentle hand washing at temperatures up to 30°C, without bleach or harsh detergents. Do not tumble dry and avoid direct sunlight when drying.

9. Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we regularly run promotions and offer discounts to returning customers. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about special offers.

10. How do I know my order has been placed?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
